GoodGit Software License Agreement

1. Introduction

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and GoodGit ("Licensor"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of the GoodGit software ("Software").

2. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

Use the Software for commercial purposes.
Sublicense, distribute, transmit, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of Licensor. Licensee does not acquire any ownership interest in the Software under this Agreement.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee violates any term(s) hereof. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies thereof.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any loss of profits, data, or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of Licensee's use or inability to use the Software.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties relating to the Software, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
