#### Installation 

- PyPI install using pip 
    ``` 
    (sudo) pip install reactome2py 
    ```

- from source    
    ``` shell script
    git clone repo
    cd reactome2py
    python setup.py install 
    ```
- Dockerfile 
   ```
   (sudo) docker build -t <tag-name>:latest .
   (sudo) docker run -it --rm <tag-name>:latest
   ```
