smartcrop implementation in Python

smartcrop finds good crops for arbitrary images and crop sizes, based on Jonas Wagner's `smartcrop.js`_

Installation
------------

Usage
-----

command-line tool

smartcrop.py is slower than `smartcrop.js`_
