# Binlets: denoising via adaptive binning

## Installation

Binlets can be installed from PyPI:

```
pip install binlets
```

## Development

To set up a development environment in a new conda environment, run the following commands:

```
git clone https://github.com/maurosilber/binlets
cd binlets
conda env create -f environment.yml
conda activate binlets
pre-commit install
```
